I’m a Certified Zero Balancer and massage therapist. Massage and Zero Balancing are both wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating therapies – a chance to let go of accumulated tension, leaving you feeling comfortable in your body and clear in your mind.
I use Zero Balancing and massage separately and in combination for a range of conditions, including relief of back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica and postural imbalances. I aim to gently bring the body back to its natural state of balance using a clear, focused touch that feels supportive without being intrusive.
Treatments are also a way to manage stress and give you extra support through change or difficult life circumstances. When you feel more at ease within your body, stress doesn’t build up as easily. You might be able to see things differently, or find you have more inner resources to deal with difficult situations.
You may not have a particular issue to resolve but simply want a chance to relax deeply in a calm and supportive space. However good you feel, you always have the potential to feel even better!
My interest in the structure and energy of the body began with training in kung fu, and then in tai chi and chi gong. I regularly practice tai chi, and since qualifying as a Zero Balancer I have continued to develop my work with ongoing training.
