Laura Stafford Lic Ac BA(Hons) MBAcC
I am a traditional acupuncturist who trained at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Warwick, where I was awarded a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a first class BA Hons degree in Traditional Acupuncture. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council. I provide holistic acupuncture treatments, working to restore balance to the body, the mind and the emotions. Each treatment is tailor-made for the specific needs of each individual patient, in order to support their body’s own healing responses. I aim to offer a safe supportive space, which allows people to achieve and maintain a state of good health and wellbeing.
Within my practice I enjoy treating a wide range of people and a variety of different conditions, from physical problems to emotional issues. In addition to this, I have an interest in using traditional acupuncture to help people with fertility issues, and to support women through pregnancy. I can provide treatment for couples trying to conceive naturally, and also alongside assisted conception procedures such as IVF and ICSI. Traditional acupuncture can provide gentle, effective support for many of the symptoms which can be experienced during pregnancy, such as morning sickness, back pain and low energy levels. I have undertaken post graduate study in the use of traditional acupuncture to support fertility issues and pregnancy.
